On January 29, 2019, Ms. Christian Ignasse, Senior Official of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), accompanied by Mr. Lv Guoqiang, former Director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, advisor of WIPO, and Ms. Yang Ping, International Department of National Intellectual Property Administration, visited SICIP. Mr. Shan Xiaoguang, Dean of SICIP, Party Secretary Li Jianchang, Vice Dean Yu Xinmiao and Associate Professor Cheng Deli participated in the meeting.

Vice Dean Yu Xinmiao introduced the development of SICIP, especially of the Master program in cooperation with WIPO. Christian Ignasse introduced the three WIPO interns from our college and appreciated their performance in learning and work. The two parties further discussed how to foster more cooperation and the internship program.
